Introduction
Welcome to Wash On Wash Off. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the provision of our cleaning services (“Services”). By accessing our website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Wash On Wash Off (ABN 53 589 618 363).
- “You”, “Your”, “Client” refers to the user of our website or the person or entity engaging our Services.
- “Property” refers to the residential, commercial, or industrial premises where Services are to be performed.
2. Our Services
We specialise in a comprehensive range of interior and exterior cleaning services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across Melbourne. A full list of our services is available on our website. All Services are provided by our fully insured and qualified team.
3. Quotes, Bookings and Pricing
- 3.1 Quoting: We provide quotes based on the information and/or media (photos, videos) you provide. For standard maintenance cleans, a flat-rate quote may be provided. For custom, deep, or post-construction cleans, we will provide a quote based on the scope of work discussed.
- 3.2 In-Person Inspections: For complex jobs, an in-person inspection may be required. A fee of $100 applies for this inspection, which will be credited towards your final invoice should you proceed with the Service.
- 3.3 Quote Validity: Quotes are based on the assumption that the Property is in a reasonable state of maintenance for the type of cleaning requested. We reserve the right to amend the quote if the condition of the Property or the scope of work is significantly different from what was described.
- 3.4 Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only when you have accepted our quote and received a booking confirmation from us via text or email.
- 3.5 Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST, unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Obligations
To ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our service, you agree to:
- Provide our team with safe and unobstructed access to the Property, including access to adequate electricity and hot water.
- Inform us of any known hazards, fragile items, or areas that require special attention or should not be cleaned.
- Secure any pets to ensure they are not a danger to our team or themselves.
- Remove any valuable or delicate items from the areas to be cleaned.
5. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of the Service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. An invoice will be provided, and payment can be made via the methods specified on the invoice.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Provide our team with safe and unobstructed access to the Property, including access to adequate electricity and hot water.
- Inform us of any known hazards, fragile items, or areas that require special attention or should not be cleaned.
- Secure any pets to ensure they are not a danger to our team or themselves.
- Remove any valuable or delicate items from the areas to be cleaned.
7. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
- We stand by the quality of our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
- If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our Service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the Service completion.
- We will arrange to return to the Property at the earliest opportunity to rectify the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.
- This guarantee applies only to the scope of work agreed upon in the original quote. It does not cover a full re-clean of the Property and is void if you or a third party has attempted to “touch-up” or alter the cleaned areas before our team returns.
8. Promotions and Incentives
- Referral Program: A $30 gift card will be provided for a successful referral, defined as a new client who books and completes a paid service with us.
- VIP Maintenance Program: Clients who rebook a 3-bedroom maintenance clean within one month of their last service will receive one hour of labour free. Large jobs (10+ hours) will also receive one hour of labour free. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Google Review Prize Draw: Clients who leave a Google Review may be entered into a prize draw. The terms, conditions, and running of this draw are at our discretion and may change at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We hold full Public Liability Insurance.
- To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any loss or damage you suffer, however caused, is limited to the price you paid for the Service.
- We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, scratches, or stains that cannot be removed with standard cleaning processes.
- Damage caused by your failure to inform us of fragile items or specific handling instructions.
- The discolouration or deterioration of fabrics or surfaces over time.
- Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and images, is the property of Wash On Wash Off and is protected by Australian copyright law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
